Camp Out on the Mount 2018

The sun rising over Leanganook at the 2017 Camp Out on the Mount

We have sadly had to cancel our Friday evening activities due to the weather. HOWEVER, we are still going ahead with most of the Saturday activities as planned, so hope to see you there! We will have lots of goodies to give away, including the new Camp Out on the Mount t-shirt. You are welcome to drop in and out and just come to activities you are most interested in if you don’t want to spend the whole day out in the cold. Please come rugged up, and keep an eye on the forecast.

Here is our revised schedule for Camp Out activities tomorrow (you are welcome to attend some or all of the activities):

If a severe weather warning is issued for tomorrow, we will still run our activities, but will relocate to Harcourt Leisure Centre. If we need to do this, I’ll send an email around with directions. If you have any questions, please give me a call or text on 0418 428 721, or email

Where: Leanganook Camping Ground, Joseph Young Drive, Mount Alexander Regional Park, Faraday
What to bring: Weather appropriate clothes and sun protection.
