Volunteer Management Workshops

The Bendigo Volunteer Resource Centre are conducting free volunteer management workshops. These ‘hands on’ workshops will take place this month in Heathcote, Kyneton, Castlemaine and Maldon. They are suitable for community groups and Not-For- Profit organisations that rely on volunteers. The workshops will cover how to:
- Strengthen and support community groups
- Attract and retain new volunteers
- Develop new recruitment strategies
- Discover resources to assist with funding, marketing & managing organisations.
Venues for workshops
CASTLEMAINE at the Castlemaine Community House, Faulder Watson Hall, 210 Barker Street, Castlemaine on Thursday 18th August from 10am -12 noon.
MALDON at the Maldon Neighbourhood Centre, corner of Edwards and Church Streets, Maldon on Thursday 18th August from 1pm – 3pm.
KYNETON at the Kyneton Community and Learning Centre, 34 Mollison Street, Kyneton on Wednesday 17th August from 10am -12 noon.
HEATHCOTE at the McIvor Neighbourhood House, 55 Hospital Street, Heathcote on Wednesday 17th August from 1pm – 3pm.
