Group Resources page on the Landcare Australia website – free resources for environmental community groups to help them get started and promote their group activities to engage the local community to be involved.

Resources page on Landcare Victoria Inc. (LVI) website – a list of helpful links from the independent representative body for Landcare in Victoria.

Victorian Landcare Gateway website – contains a large amount of information to help groups with all aspects of group governance. This includes information on insurance OH&S, committee functions, recruitment and more.

Not-for-profit Law Information Hub – their website has information on a range of topics relevant to non-for-profit organisations such as a Landcare group.

Landcare Volunteers and Staff in Victoria Facebook Group – if you have a facebook profile, this group is for Landcare volunteers and staff from Victoria to: ask questions and help others solve problems; share upcoming events; share event and project successes.

Landcare Notes: Managing a successful group – this link will take you to the Landcare Gateway website where you can download the Landcare Notes series, which includes tips for being on a committee, project planning, etc.

Example Roles of Committee Members document – this kind of document is a helpful tool to help committee members understand their roles, and to aid recruitment in the lead-up to an AGM.
