Connecting Country is thankful for the many people who volunteer to assist the project. This includes our Committee of Management and Reference Group drawn from 25 environmental groups in the shire. By volunteering, people can support and participate in significant environment and landscape restoration projects.
There are 3 areas of activity in which people can be involved:
- Community education and engagement, including events, writing and publicity.
- Scientific monitoring of vegetation and phascogales.
- On-ground works for landscape restoration.
